    Download and install the CloviFi app from the app or Play store.

    Connect CloviFi to an Audio port

    CloviFi has multiple audio inputs for your convenience: 3.5mm analog audio jack (comes with RCA adapter 3.5mm to RCA), SPDIF Optical. Select the audio input that fits your TV and connect your TV audio to one of the selected CloviFi audio inputs. The TV can have one of the three or all of the following connectors: 3.5mm stereo connector, Optical connector, or RCA (red and white) connector.

    Connect CloviFi's microUSB to a power source (i.e. TV's USB port)

    Use the microUSB cable to connect CloviFi to the TV’s USB port or to the included power supply. The minimum required power source is 5V DC 1.5A. Not all TV's USB ports will be able to supply the power needed for the CloviFi to function. If necessary, use the power adapter to power the CloviFi device. Wait for LED lights to power on.

    Run the Free iOS or Android CloviFi Mobile App

    Start the mobile app. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish setup. Not compatible with Blackberry, Windows Phones, or other platforms. Connect the Ethernet cable from the CloviFi device to your router's Ethernet input. Click "Continue to app" button in the app. Then on the second screen in the app click "Connect to a TV". ATTENTION: In the manual, we found out that the connection to CLOVITEK-__ address is not necessary to setup and can be omitted. All you need to do is to connect the device to the Ethernet in your router and Audio and then launch the app and in the app hit "Continue to app" button. This should take you to the Play button. After you start the device give it a couple of minutes to fully load. Play button may not respond right away at first after you started the device. Don't keep pushing the Play button in the app. It should start playing in a few seconds after you've selected the TV icon and hit play once.

    Connecting CloviFi through Ethernet

    If a router is present, use an Ethernet cable to connect the CloviFi device to your router. CloviFi does not require Internet connection or access to the router. Connect CloviFi to the router via Ethernet 100Mbit (RJ45) or Wi-Fi IEEE 802.11 b/g/n. To receive any audio content, the mobile device must run the CloviFi app.

    Continue to the app

    Follow one of the two steps below:. 1 – If your phone is not connected over WiFi to the same router as your CloviFi device, please select “WiFi settings” and connect to your home network. Please make sure that your Ethernet cable is connected between the CloviFi device and the router you are connecting to. After you've successfully connected your mobile phone to WiFi, return to the mobile app and click "Connect to a TV" button. 2 – If your mobile phone is connected to your router over WiFi and CloviFi is connected to the same router via Ethernet cable, then click the "Connect to a TV" button. Continue to the next step.

    Connect Your Headphones

    To begin listening, plug your headphones into your mobile device.

    Select a TV, and Enjoy Streaming!

    Select a CloviFi attached device from the list of available TV’s or audio sources. To play or pause, hit the center “Play” button. To go back to the previous TV’s selection menu, click on the TV icon (in Apple iOS app it is located at the bottom center of the app; on Android it is located at the top right corner of the app) . Others may listen to the same audio privately on their own mobile device by connecting to the home/business wireless router (the same router to which CloviFi devices are connected) and following the steps in the mobile app setup wizard.
